Are you having trouble with a federal agency? The Office of Senator Laphonza Butler is here to help!

Senator Butler’s staff can help you replace your U.S. Passport, expedite your immigration application with USCIS, NVC, and/or the State Department, address Social Security and Medicare issues, and much more.

If you would like assistance regarding an issue with a federal agency, please complete one of Senator Butler’s Privacy Release Forms.

  • For immigration issues, please use the Immigration Assistance Form.

  • For passport issues, please use the Passport Privacy Release Form.

  • For all other issues with federal agencies, please use the general Privacy Release Form.
